Life will always give you lemons. What will you do about it?

Today, I sat down with my boss for what would probably be the last meeting that we'll ever have, at least, in an employee-employer relationship. It was kind of different from how I imagined it would be. There was no shouting, no blaming, no bargaining of any sort. He wished me the best and hoped that we would one day get to work together again, even for just a few projects, rather than a full-time commitment.
I think it's crazy for me to think that we would end up screaming and fighting over my decision to jump ship. I guess this also means that I still don't know a lot of things in the corporate world. Given this, I don't think I am supposed to be frustrated about it. If any, it simply reminds me that I still have a lot of room to learn and a great potential to grow.
Life will always give you lemons, and it is up to you what you will make of it. How you will feel about it and how you will react will always be your choice.
