There are two great tragedies that one could fall to in his life - not knowing what you where you want to go and knowing where you want to go but not running after it.
A great man once said, "We spend 80% of our lives doing things that we don't want to do, and spend only 20% doing what we were created to do. Imagine if we turned that around." Our lives often revolve around the day-to-day stuff, stuff that we need to survive. It's not bad to focus on those things. After all, at the end of the day, what would matter most is whether or not we survive to fight another day. But imagine how better our lives would be if we were doing the things that we were born to do. Imagine how much more meaningful our actions would be if we are finding purpose in the stuff that we do on a daily basis. Life is too short to live somebody else's dream, or not living out a dream at all.
I hope that you know where you want to go. I hope that you are going after your dreams, and running after them at full speed. But if you're not, I hope that you find the courage to find your passion and embrace a life living it out. And today as we remember our faithful departed, may we all ponder about the legacy that we will leave in this world. May we all truly live with purpose and meaning, as we spend the next years of our lives.
